Spezialisiert auf die Durchführung von Zyklen assistierter Reproduktionstechnologieprogramme, die Analyse der Arbeit der ART-Programmabteilung, die Erhebung statistischer Daten und die Berichterstattung für die weltweite wissenschaftliche Datenbank. Die analytische Arbeit von Dr. Bespechnaya wurde in viele systematische Analysen und Cokhrane-Berichte im Bereich assistierter Reproduktionstechnologien aufgenommen. Führt Schulungen und Supervision neuer angehender Spezialisten durch.
Auf praktischer Ebene führt sie direkt IVF-Verfahren und intrauterine Inseminationen durch, führt Ovulationsstimulationen und Eipunktionen durch, führt Embryotransfers bei Patienten durch, berät zum klinischen Einsatz der Präimplantationsdiagnostik, SART sowie anderen vielversprechenden Verfahren zur Behandlung von Unfruchtbarkeit. Spezialisiert ist sie auf die Behandlung von Patienten mit idiopathischem Unfruchtbarkeitsfaktor, endokrinem Faktor, Patienten mit wiederholten Fehlgeburten, wiederholten mehrfach negativen IVF-Programmen, Stammzellenbehandlungen und Patienten der älteren reproduktiven Altersgruppe.
Sie schloss ihr Studium an der Nationalen Medizinischen Universität Charkiw im Jahr 2004 ab.
Anschließend studierte sie an der Reproduktionsklinik IVI in Spanien.
Sie absolvierte 2015 ein Praktikum im Kinderwunschzentrum Deutschland Lübeck
